Women's Total Body Panel: Comprehensive Full Body Blood Test (31 Tests)
A comprehensive full body blood test for women: 31 Quest tests in a single visit, from advanced heart markers like ApoB and Lp(a) to thyroid antibodies, iron stores, vitamins, female and adrenal hormones, kidney function and a urinalysis. It is built for women who want one thorough baseline instead of piecing panels together.
A standard checkup answers a few questions well: blood counts, kidney and liver function, cholesterol and blood sugar. This panel keeps all of that and goes much further, organizing 31 tests around the questions women most often ask about their health. Everything is drawn at one Quest visit, plus a urine sample.
Heart and blood vessels. Beyond the standard lipid panel, ApoB counts the cholesterol-carrying particles that drive plaque; Quest notes ApoB can be high even when LDL cholesterol is normal. Lp(a) is a lipoprotein whose level is mostly inherited, and the American Heart Association recommends every adult be tested at least once. hs-CRP is used to estimate heart disease risk, and homocysteine is an independent cardiovascular risk factor that also reflects B12 and folate status.
Metabolism. Fasting insulin alongside glucose and A1c shows how hard your body is working to keep blood sugar normal, and uric acid and GGT add metabolic and liver context.
Thyroid. TSH, free T4 and free T3 show how the thyroid is working; TPO and thyroglobulin antibodies show whether the immune system is targeting it. Women are much more likely than men to develop an underactive thyroid (NIDDK).
Iron, vitamins and minerals. Ferritin plus a full iron panel, vitamin D, B12, folate, red-cell magnesium and an OmegaCheck of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.
Hormones. Estradiol, progesterone, FSH and LH, free and total testosterone with SHBG, DHEA-S and cortisol. These change with the menstrual cycle, the time of day and life stage, so they are a snapshot to interpret with a clinician, not a verdict.
Kidneys. Creatinine-based eGFR plus cystatin C, a second kidney filter marker, and a complete urinalysis.
Ordered one by one these tests cost $495; the panel is $379.

Included Tests
Complete Blood Count with Differential
Comprehensive blood cell analysis including red cells, white cells, platelets, and white cell differential.
Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
Measures 14 substances including glucose, electrolytes, kidney and liver function markers.
Fasting
Lipid Panel, Cardio IQ
Advanced lipid panel with more detailed cardiovascular risk markers.
Apolipoprotein B
Measures ApoB protein found on LDL particles. Better predictor of cardiovascular risk than LDL-C alone.
Lipoprotein(a)
Genetic marker for cardiovascular risk. Elevated Lp(a) increases risk of heart disease independent of LDL.
High-Sensitivity CRP
Measures inflammation marker associated with cardiovascular disease risk. Low-grade inflammation indicator.
Homocysteine
Amino acid linked to cardiovascular risk when elevated. Also indicates B vitamin status.
Fasting
Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c)
Measures average blood sugar over the past 2-3 months. Key marker for diabetes management and prediabetes screening.
Insulin, Fasting
Measures fasting insulin levels to assess insulin resistance and metabolic health. Important for early detection of diabetes risk.
Fasting
TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone)
Measures thyroid-stimulating hormone to evaluate thyroid function. TSH is the most sensitive marker for detecting thyroid disorders.
Free T4 (Thyroxine)
Measures the unbound, active form of the thyroid hormone T4. Helps assess thyroid function and diagnose thyroid conditions.
Free T3 (Triiodothyronine)
Measures the active thyroid hormone T3. Important for evaluating thyroid function, especially in hyperthyroidism.
TPO & TG Antibodies
Comprehensive thyroid antibody panel testing both TPO and thyroglobulin antibodies for autoimmune thyroid assessment.
Vitamin D, 25-Hydroxy
Measures vitamin D status. Deficiency is common and linked to bone health, immune function, and mood.
Vitamin B12
Measures B12 levels essential for nerve function, DNA synthesis, and red blood cell formation.
Folate, Serum
Measures folic acid levels important for cell division, DNA synthesis, and preventing birth defects.
Ferritin
Measures iron storage protein. Best indicator of total body iron stores.
Iron and Total Iron Binding Capacity
Comprehensive iron panel including serum iron, TIBC, and saturation percentage.
Fasting
Magnesium, RBC
Measures magnesium inside red blood cells. More accurate than serum magnesium for assessing true status.
Testosterone, Free & Total
Comprehensive testosterone panel measuring both free and total testosterone levels.
Sex Hormone Binding Globulin
Measures SHBG which binds sex hormones. Affects free hormone availability.
Estradiol
Measures the primary form of estrogen. Important for reproductive health in both men and women.
Progesterone
Measures progesterone levels important for menstrual cycle and pregnancy.
FSH & LH
Combined panel measuring both FSH and LH for comprehensive reproductive hormone assessment.
DHEA-Sulfate
Measures DHEA-S, a precursor hormone from the adrenal glands. Declines with age.
Cortisol, Total
Measures total cortisol levels to assess adrenal function and stress response.
Uric Acid
Measures uric acid levels. Elevated levels can indicate gout risk or kidney issues.
GGT (Gamma-Glutamyl Transferase)
Liver enzyme that can indicate liver disease or bile duct problems. Also elevated with alcohol use.
Cystatin C with eGFR
More accurate kidney function marker than creatinine alone. Better for people with unusual muscle mass.
Urinalysis, Complete
Complete urine analysis for UTI detection, kidney health, and general screening.
OmegaCheck (Omega-3 and 6)
Measures omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acid levels and their ratio. Important for inflammation and heart health.
Fasting Required
One or more tests in this panel require fasting for accurate results:
- Do not eat or drink anything except water for 8-12 hours before your blood draw.
- Water is allowed and encouraged - stay hydrated!
- Schedule your lab visit in the morning for convenience.

When to Get Tested
As a baseline at any adult age, then yearly or as your clinician suggests. Book an early morning appointment after a 12-hour fast: Quest asks for iron to be drawn in the morning while fasting, fasting insulin requires a fasting sample, and cortisol is normally highest in the morning. If you have periods, one draw cannot be perfectly timed for every hormone: ACOG notes progesterone is checked about one week before an expected period to confirm ovulation, while FSH, LH and estradiol are read against your cycle day. Note the first day of your last period and share it with your clinician, who may suggest repeating specific hormones at a particular point in your cycle.
Understanding Your Results
With 31 tests, some results will usually sit just outside a reference range; a single flag is not automatically a problem, and patterns matter more than any one number. In broad terms: high ApoB, Lp(a), LDL or hs-CRP point to higher cardiovascular risk (an hs-CRP raised by a recent infection or injury should be rechecked); high fasting insulin with normal glucose can be an early sign of insulin resistance; abnormal TSH, free T4 or free T3, or positive thyroid antibodies, call for a thyroid follow-up; low ferritin or iron saturation suggests iron deficiency, while ferritin can rise with inflammation; low B12, folate or vitamin D, or high homocysteine, may need further testing; hormone results are interpreted against your age, cycle day and any hormone medicine; and an abnormal cystatin C, eGFR or urinalysis needs a kidney follow-up. JustLabs results are informational: review the full report with a clinician, who can decide what is significant for you and what, if anything, to repeat or treat.
