There's a one-time $18 lab collection fee per order that covers the phlebotomy (blood draw) service at Quest Diagnostics.

What is your refund policy?

You may cancel an unused order and get a refund within 21 days of purchase. If you have visited Quest lab and had the specimen collected, the order cannot be refunded. The refund will be equal to the price of the order less a $15 cancellation fee.
