If positive, it automatically measures: (1) ANA Titer — the highest dilution at which antibodies are detectable (higher numbers = more antibodies), and (2) Staining Pattern — how antibodies distribute across cell nuclei (homogeneous, speckled, nucleolar, or centromere), which helps identify specific autoimmune conditions.
