Dirt Cheap Labs Is Closed: Your Results and What to Do Next
Dirt Cheap Labs has closed. Its notice says it stopped receiving lab results on August 14, 2026. Results finished from that date go to the lab’s own patient portal, MyQuest or Labcorp, whichever is printed on your order form. Results it already received stay in your Dirt Cheap Labs account. For new tests, JustLabs works in a similar way at Quest: pick your tests, pay online and go to the lab.
Save your records now
The notice says everything that reached Dirt Cheap Labs stays in your account. We would still download your reports and order forms today: a closed company’s website may not stay up forever, and you may want those records later.
What to do, by situation
This comes from the closing notice on the Dirt Cheap Labs site.
Your results were finished on or after August 14, 2026
Create a patient account with the lab printed on your order form, Quest or Labcorp. Use the same name and date of birth as on the form.
Your results reached Dirt Cheap Labs before that
Sign in to your Dirt Cheap Labs account. Your reports and order forms are still there.
You have an order form you never used
Download it from your account. The notice says you can take it to the lab when you are ready.
You want Dirt Cheap Labs to delete your data
Save your reports and order forms first, then use Delete everything in your account. The links stop working after that.
You need new tests
You will need to order through another service. Ordering through JustLabs is covered below.
What JustLabs can’t do
We were not part of Dirt Cheap Labs. We can’t see your account, get your results or reissue your order form. Those have to come from Dirt Cheap Labs or the lab.
Keep your old results with your new ones
Once you have your PDF reports, you can upload them yourself to a free JustLabs account, from Quest, Labcorp or another lab. We read the values, you check them against the PDF, and the ones you approve appear in your health trends next to any tests you order with us.

What to know before you switch
- Quest only. Dirt Cheap Labs offered Quest and Labcorp; every JustLabs draw is at a Quest patient service center.
- 46 states. We can’t take orders from New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island or Hawaii.
- No membership. You pay per order, and nothing renews.
- No separate doctor visit. An independent physician authorizes your order, and that is covered by the order fee.
- HSA and FSA eligible, with an itemized receipt on every order.
If you used Labcorp before
Quest and Labcorp can use different test methods and reference ranges, so the same marker can read differently between them. Compare each result with the range printed on its own report, and ask a clinician if a change concerns you.
