How much does JustLabs cost, and is it legit?
The short answer
JustLabs costs each test’s price (from $5) plus one $18 fee per order, covering the blood draw at Quest Diagnostics and the order from an independent physician. A TSH test is $27 all-in. And yes, it’s legitimate: tests are run by CLIA-certified Quest labs and results arrive online in 1–2 business days.

Is JustLabs legit?
Real Quest Diagnostics labs
Your blood is drawn at a Quest Diagnostics patient service center (Sonora Quest in Arizona) and run by Quest’s CLIA-certified labs: the same Quest labs many doctors order from.
An independent physician orders every test
Every order is reviewed and authorized by an independent physician, so no doctor visit is needed. That order is covered by the one fee.
Private and HIPAA-aware
Results live in your private account, and our analytics never see which tests you bought.

Pay by card through Stripe; HSA/FSA cards work and every order has an itemized receipt.
Refunds before your draw
Cancel an unused order within 21 days for a refund, less a $15 cancellation fee. Once your sample is collected the order can’t be refunded.
