Quest Diagnostics Hours: Weekdays, Weekends and Holidays
Most Quest sites open around 7:00 am and close around 3:30 pm on weekdays. About 44% open on Saturday, usually only until noon, and about 1% open on Sunday. Quest says holiday hours vary by location, so check your own site before you go.
Typical hours across Quest sites
From the 2,117 Quest sites you can book through JustLabs, as listed by Quest on November 5, 2026. Your site may differ.
| Day | Sites open | Typical opening | Typical closing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monday to Friday | More than 99% | 7:00 am | 3:30 pm |
| Saturday | 44% | 7:00 am | 12:00 pm |
| Sunday | 1% | 8:00 am | 1:00 pm |
What that means for your visit
- Go early if you can. About a quarter of sites close by 2:00 pm on a Friday, and about a third open before 7:00 am.
- Do not assume Saturday. Fewer than half of sites open, and most of those close by noon.
- If a test needs fasting, an early slot means less time without food.
Planning around the 2026 and 2027 holidays
Quest does not publish one national list that we could find. Its FAQ says holiday hours vary by location. So treat this table as planning advice, not a schedule, and confirm with your site. Quest's holiday hours FAQ

Results around a holiday
Across JustLabs orders, the median time from appointment to results is about 3 days, and most arrive within 7. A holiday can add to that, so if you need results by a set date, draw early in the week before.
