Partner program & API

Add lab testing to your product with one API.

Telehealth, clinics, EHRs, and health apps place, track, and receive Quest Diagnostics lab orders through the JustLabs API — with signed webhooks for requisitions and results.

  • Quest Diagnostics nationwide

Walk-in draws at Quest patient service centers across the U.S.

  • Transparent cash pricing

The price on the page is the price. No insurance, no surprise bills.

  • Results in 1–3 business days

Delivered to a secure online dashboard, with plain-language context.

  • HIPAA-compliant

PHI handled under signed BAAs with every vendor that touches it.

How it works

You own the patient experience. We own the lab logistics, the physician authorization, and the results pipeline.

  1. Request access

We set you up with a partner account and a test API key against a sandbox environment.

  2. Integrate

Create an order with a patient and a list of tests. Poll for status, or subscribe to webhooks and forget about polling.

  3. We handle the lab

Physician authorization, order placement with Quest, and results retrieval happen on our side — nothing for you to build.

  4. Results flow back

Signed webhook events for requisition ready, results ready, and cancellation, plus endpoints to fetch the PDF and structured values.

Built for engineering teams

A small, honest REST API

Create, poll, and cancel orders. Idempotency keys on order creation mean a retried request never places or charges twice.

Signed webhooks

HMAC-SHA256 signed events with timestamps, delivered at-least-once with exponential backoff. Verify in a few lines.

HIPAA, with the paperwork

Production keys are issued only under a signed BAA. Every read of protected health information is audit-logged.

Per-order pricing, no surprises

Transparent test pricing plus flat lab and physician fees, billed to your account — your users never see a bill from us.
